An accomplished telecommunications professional with over 30 years of experience leading and managing complex telecommunications projects across Outside Plant (OSP), Inside Plant (ISP), long-haul fiber, government contracts, and data center infrastructure. Proven leader with expertise in project management, team leadership, network deployment, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Recognized for delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while building strong client relationships and driving operational excellence.
I began my telecommunications career as a cable installer, learning the industry from the ground up. Through hard work and a willingness to learn every aspect of business, I progressed and started running crews of my own. Over the years, I gained extensive hands-on experience in underground telecommunications construction, working in the field and developing a strong understanding of what it takes to safely and effectively complete projects. That experience laid the foundation for the leadership philosophy I still follow today: know the work, lead by example, train your people well, and never ask your crew to do something you wouldn't do yourself.

Staying connected to field operations also allows me to identify problems early, maintain high standards, and prevent shortcuts that can compromise safety, quality, or productivity.
