NO B.S.Just Fiber.

I have always believed effective leadership starts in the field. I lead by example and work alongside my crews to demonstrate not only the most efficient way to perform the job, but also why we do it that way — without ever compromising safety or quality.

My approach is to train, demonstrate, and set clear expectations so everyone understands the standard and works toward the same goal. When the right people are in the right positions and I know they understand those expectations, I trust them to take ownership and run the job.

I believe working alongside my crews builds mutual respect and accountability. My team knows that no job is beneath me and that I will never ask them to do something I am unwilling to do myself. Staying connected to field operations also allows me to identify problems early, maintain high standards, and prevent shortcuts that can compromise safety, quality, or productivity.

That hands-on leadership approach creates crews that work together efficiently, take pride in their work and operate like a well-oiled machine.
